Gelonghui May 13 丨 Chalk (02469kaothekangaroocrashbandicoot.HK) announced that the company plans to repurchase the total value of no more than HK$300.0 million on the open market from time to time from May 13, 2024 to May 12, 2025kaothekangaroocrashbandicootcommon stock of the company. During the period from May 13, 2024 to the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company to be held on June 13, 2024, the share repurchase will be carried out through the exercise of the powers of the Board under the general mandate granted by shareholders to the Directors at the general meeting held on June 14, 2023. During the period from the end of the 2024 AGM to May 12, 2025, share repurchases can only be implemented after the relevant repurchase mandate is granted by the 2024 AGM. The company will subsequently cancel the repurchased shares in accordance with the Listing Rules.
